Community Service

The Community Service Committee leads NAWIC NOVA’s efforts to support and uplift the local community. Through volunteer projects and partnerships with local organizations, we create opportunities for members to make a positive impact while advancing the values of service and connection in construction.

Emerging Professionals

The Emerging Professionals Committee supports early-career women in construction by providing mentorship, networking, and career development opportunities. We help build the next generation of industry leaders through connection, collaboration, and growth.

Marketing

The Marketing Committee promotes NAWIC NOVA’s mission, events, and initiatives through strategic communication and branding. We manage outreach efforts to increase visibility and engagement across digital platforms and the community.

Membership

The Membership Committee focuses on growing and retaining a strong, diverse chapter. We welcome new members, foster connection, and ensure everyone feels valued and supported throughout their NAWIC journey.

PD & E

The PD&E Committee provides members with educational programs, workshops, and resources to advance their skills and careers. We are committed to lifelong learning and empowering women in all areas of construction.

Safety

The Safety Committee champions a culture of health and safety in the construction industry. We share best practices, offer training opportunities, and support initiatives that keep our members and job sites safe.
